Bookings Policy

Honeylush Hotel

You can make a boarding booking by email. Please note, reservations made by email are not confirmed bookings until you have paid the deposit and received confirmation of your booking from us.

Please read all our terms and conditions before contacting us regarding booking. Bookings are confirmed by email. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. If you cancel within 28 days of the booking the deposit is non refundable and if you cancel 24 hours before arrival the full payment is due. Contact us for bank details. PLEASE book your pet in the day before travel and day after travel if you are going to be rushing. We cannot accept more bookings as places are limited due to licence numbers.

Prices

Taxi Service from £7.00
Available with the full day option. We'll pick up and drop off your dog in our specially designed van. Subject to limitations and availability, please contact for further details.

Half Day - £15.00
Up to 5 hours of care between either 8am – 1pm or 1pm – 6pm
We also offer the same great care and fun for your dog for just a half day if that suits you better.

*You can book for a half day session between the hours above. You are able to be flexible within those times however you can't collect later than 1pm for the Morning half daycare, and can't drop of earlier than 1pm for the afternoon daycare. Bookings which overlap between the two half daycare options will be classed as a Full Daycare.

Taxi and Two Hour Play - £20.00
We'll pick up your pooch and let them have 2 hours of play time at Honeylush Hotel before returning them home again.

Hourly Play - £8.00
Drop off your dog for a play as and when it suits between 8am and 6pm.

Puppy Care and Socialisation
Choose any of the above services for your puppy. We have a specially designed area which offers a safe and secure environment for your puppy to learn the vital social skills required to become a well balanced. well behaved and happy dog.

Assessments - £20.00
Assessments are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9-3.
Your dog will undergo a 2 hour assessment where we will watch your pooch play and interact with other dogs to establish their suitability for Honeylush hotel. (Booking required)
Full day from 8am – 6pm from £20

Bank Holidays

All UK Bank Holidays will be charged at double the relevant rate.

Discount available for dogs attending 5 days per week on a regular basis.

Please Note:

All dogs are required to attend/pay for at least one day per week to hold their place, which includes during school holidays.

CHARGES APPLY FOR EACH DAY YOUR PET IS WITH US - This includes both the day of arrival and day of departure (unless collected before 8.00am).
